What utilities are included in the monthly service fee?  Your monthly service fee includes water and garbage service.  Residents are responsible for any other utility costs incurred.

Can Willows residents eat in the main dining room?  Residents of The Willows have access to all Westminster village common areas and dining options.  Meals can be purchased on an individual basis or as part of a dining package.

Are housekeeping services available at The Willows?  Yes, housekeeping services are available for a nominal fee.  Please contact the front desk for further information and rates.

Do all duplexes have washers and dryers?    Yes, all 22 duplexes are equipped with washers and dryers for the convenience of our residents.

Does every duplex offer the same amenities?  Every duplex is different.  Some have sun rooms, fireplaces, upgraded lighting, upgraded flooring, etc.  Residents of The Willows are able to make their duplex “home” by utilizing the multitude of customized upgrades available through Westminster Village.  For information on upgrade options, please contact the Marketing & Sales Department.

What is the minimum age for individuals interested in The Willows?  The Willows community is for individuals 55 and over who enjoy the privacy of their own home, but also want the comfort & security of living in a retirement community.

How big are the duplexes?  3 basic floor plans are available ranging from 1,440 sq. ft. to 1,780 sq. ft.  Duplexes with sun rooms have an additional 120 sq. ft.
