Introduction

The Willows is reminiscent of a quaint neighborhood with beautiful, welcoming homes whose front porches invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy all that retirement has to offer.  The Willows is a residential community consisting of 22 duplex units for individuals 55 and over who enjoy the privacy of their own home, but also want the comfort & security of living in a retirement community.

The Willows offers 3 basic floor plans:

The Sassafras (1,440 sq. ft.)

The Maple (1,675 sq. ft.)

The Linden (1,780 sq. ft.)

All plans are one level duplexes with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living/dining area, one-car garage, large front porch and ample storage space.  All duplexes have either a private back patio or a sun room. For duplexes with sun rooms, an additional 120 sq. ft. is added to the basic floor plan.  Each duplex is unique in regards to the interior features that it includes.  Theses customized upgrades may been seen in the flooring, interior paint colors, kitchen cabinet finishes, lighting fixtures, counter tops, etc.

To join the waiting list for The Willows, submit a completed Application for Residency $1,500 deposit to Westminster Village.

Residents of The Willows enter into a Life Lease contract with Westminster Village.  Monthly service fees are based on the Life Lease contract selected (80,85 or 90% return on resale). Real Estate taxes for each duplex are billed separately on the monthly statement for each resident.
